PUC customers can now view and pay their bill online!

Payments may be in person by cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Payments may be made after hours using our convenient 24-hour night drop box in the front of our office, with check or money order. Please do not put cash in our drop box. Pineville Utility Commission is not responsible for any cash left in the drop box.

Payments may be mailed to P O Box 277, Pineville KY 40977. Pineville Utility Commission is not responsible for mail delivery time, so please place your payment in the mail in a timely manner so that we receive your payment before the due date. A remittance stub MUST be included for mail payments and night drop payments.

Payments may also be electronically drafted each month from your bank account by completing an automatic bank draft authorization form in our office. Please note that your current balance may be withdrawn from your bank account up to 3 days prior to the due date.
